Discovery life ,your S**T

Discovery life is full of S**t and very unprofessional, I used to be a good client of discovery .I had car insurance with them,medical aid with them as well as life cover with them until their services were no longer worth my loyalty.i cancelled my medical aid with them last year December ,however I received an email from them last week (20 Feb19) whereby I was informed that my life cover premium will increase from R390 to R655 because I cancelled my medical aid and they have added the vitality rating to my *** I did not even ask them to add it ,they were suppose to call me and inform me about how the cancellation of the medical cover would have impacted the life cover premium ,they just decided to make changes without even informing me,bayadelela too much so I called this morning and told them that I want to cancel my cover, they said I must sign a cancellation letter however they have not even sent me the damn cancellation letter for me to sign. They also told me that I must also give them 30 days notice and that the last debit order will be done on the 1st of march, I asked them how much will be ,whether it will be the old R390 or new R655, they said it will be the new R655. Guess what I will not pay for that , im going to reverse the debit order ,there is no way im wasting another cent of mine to Discovery . I don't even need to give them notice as im still alive and im not committed to them Discovery ,you have played and messed with a wrong person I shall never ever support discovery in my life ever again sies.
