Discovery Life you are the worst

i have never seen bad service in my life. i requested a noting letter from Discovery took them a whole 2 weeks after spending loads of my airtime being transferered to agents who were clueless. What makes me more scared is if they took 2 weeks to just give me a letter will they be able to pay out my policy when i pass on. Worst experience of my life, i had to go to their offices with no luck
