Discovery Life - worst customer service

I resigned from my pervious employer more than a month ago, and still have not received my pension fund payout or an expected date of the payment. I have sent multiple emails, and received no response. Kgothatso Kwanaite, Tinyiko T and Christina Thomas have not been able to provide any information. This is the customer service is have ever received - I will actively advise anyone who will listen to not use Discovery for anything.
