Discovery Life will ***** your money

Unauthorised Debit Orders (*****ing your Money!!) Firstly, I have to raise my frustration with discovery insure then my second review will be for Discovery Life. We stopped our life insurance 7 months ago. We requested to stop those insurances. After a while after a financial review, we noticed that Discovery is still debiting amounts for these policies. We again notified them, and they said they will refund us. Months passed and still to date they are taking money unauthorised. We approached the lawyers. We send them a letter of demand. Still no F$%king reply. **** poor services. They are the worst service I have ever seen. No, I have to approach the courts and the ombudsman. Not like they care at all. This is time consuming and costly.7 months of deductions with no end in sight.
