Discovery Life the worst, even in providing feedback
I refer to a review made, and a reply by Discovery Life - Habibah is the name of the person acknowledging the review with a promise to have the relevant dept call me. To date, no contact has been made. I have heard of claims not being honoured after years of contributions received, but is this really what a company as big as Discovery offer in the event of life changing circumstances leading to claims??? Stephen, Habibah, you should have made contact and not promise without following up. I will proceed to the Ombudsman

I received no email from Discovery's Group Risk Claims team. Furthermore, I can confirm a call this morning which had a bad connection and I asked Themba to call me back. This is 5 hours later and he hasn't called back yet. Is there a contact number or email address for Themba - or alternatively could you request that he calls me soonest. Please.
