Discovery life sucks

I discovered that my premiums increase at cpi+risk but my benefit only at cpi and contacted discovery to get reasons why this is the case. I requested to cap my premiums at r500 and got a ridiculous qoute and benefit after ive had this policy for 14yrs and decided to cancel the ecisting policy. After deliberations, I decided to cancel the policy and now discovery tells me they can't confirm my current signature with the first signatures abd should sign my id copy 20 times with my old and new signatures abd send to them. After phoning the call center to explain that i don't remember the old signature. Was put on hold for a good 15nins and then the line got cut off. Still today they don't want to cancel policy
