Discovery Life Sucks

Discovery life sucks. send a request to my financial advisor on the 13 May 2021 to advice me on some of the discovery products he ignored me. Called the call center to add more products on my policy on the 17 May 2021 and also asked for a cession on the same day and my request for a cession was ignored. On 28 May after calling their call center multiple times and sending emails I was told that my cession request was not processed and I'm still fighting to be heard. This might mean added cost to me because of the delays and negligence on their side. Not happy with the treatment I received from Discovery life.
