Discovery Life spam

As a FA, I used to have a contract with Discovery Life, which was cancelled several years ago as I no longer write business for Discovery Life, however, I still receive monthly commission statements (obviously with a nil balance - this has been a nil balance for several years, since the contract was cancelled) as well as continuous marketing spam that no amount of requests to stop sending have been acknowledged or comp**** with. I no longer have anything to do with Discovery Life and do not wish to receive their marketing material or blank commission statements - how difficult can this be to stop sending stuff to non-brokers, especially after several requests?
