Discovery Life - Sharks *****ing your money

These guys are sharks and just want to deduct money that was not authorised. I asked for a quote for life cover, I spent 30min on the phone answering hundreds of questions, eventually they came up with a quoted amount after they initially tried to sell me unnecessary stuff. They said they would send the quote to me. I received a document which was already signed by the COO of Discovery even though I had never spoken to him. The quote had all kinds of additions and escalations which I did not agree to. I told them to remove all of the *******. When the returned the new quote the price was double. I told them that I don't want the life cover anymore as it is a ******* and can get the same cover cheaper. I told them on the telephone and in multiple emails to not deduct any money from my bank but this morning they had deducted the money without my authorization. They refuse to answer emails and also never call back. This is a **** so do not get a quote from Discovery Life, they will ***** your money. Next steps is the banking ombudsman as unauthorised deductions from ones bank are against the law.
