Discovery Life Sales Staff has no manners. Pathetic!

Pathetic!!!!!

As an existing client of discovery health, medical aid, Retirement Annuity, Vitality and life insurance. Cannot believe im with these people with rude sales staff.

At this point i would rather move to another institution.

Sales guy phoned and was rude on the phone and after i said i wasn't interested in the offer he is trying to sell me, he put down straight in my ear.

I dont like being disrepected, especially from a company i am putting my money to.

Hope discovery can teach their sales staff to have manners otherwise they will start loosing clients like me.
