Discovery life ripping people off and refuse to pay claims

Discovery life are ****s and should be shut down for good. These capitalist companies are only focused in making a profit.

On the 27th of November we contacted Discovery because we wanted to launch a claim and we were told that Greg is the broker and we should deal with him . On that very same day Greg requested that we send him the deceased death certificate as it was one of the requirements and we did . Fast foward two weeks later nothing has been done . We later came to find a lot of ********** acts ,thereafter we starting questioning Greg as to why has the beneficiary been changed to the state and all along we’ve known that the deceased’s mother is the beneficiary. Secondly we requested documentation that states that the beneficiaries had been changed , and came to find even more discrepancies. The signatures do not match , there are some places with different initials than those that appear in the Identification document. We then started questioning Greg about all this and he said we should leave him out of this as he doesn’t want to be part of it anymore. He then referred us to a lady called Teneal to continue with as he has eliminated himself from the situation, Teneal then told us that Greg stopped working for discovery in July 2020, yet he still has access to personal private information taken from discovery clients. Today is the 9th of December there is still no claim launched its well over 14days now , the funeral is on Saturday the 12th of December 2020 . If this claim is not processed and paid into our account by 10 December 2020 12:00pm at the latest we will take the body of the deceased and go drop it off at the offices of discovery until they payout this claim.
