Discovery Life - Queries are a nightmare

I am not sure how to get help and pass the clearly *********** front office interface, so trying this avenue.

First email query to DiscoveryLife was about details in my welcome pack. Essentially asking them how a specific health claim would affect my Life policy with the integrations they have. Discoverys first response did not answer a single question on my query. I had 3 questions. Anyway, this was not too bad as the lady called me to better understand my request, after I responded that they clearly did not read my request.

Current request. I am asking for the mathematical formula that they use to calculate Life premiums. I specifically stated want I do no want and that I just need the formula. I even gave examples of what the formula might look like. Discovery responds with everything that I stated I did not want them to respond with. I inform them of not answering my query. They take a week and come back with everything that I specifically said I did not want, again.

DiscoveryLife representatives are simply not reading queries, we customers are simply not of any value to them. Proof is in the quality of responses and lack of care to take 1min and just read.

Luckily, I am in my cool off period so I have the right and option to move my business back to Liberty Life. I can only imagine what the claims process would be like.
