Discovery Life poor service to former Staff members

I am a former staff member of Discovery Health, wich consequently due to severe illness, have I been on temporary disability since 1 January 2011. Ever since, I had been on disability reviews every year up to date. Every year is the same poor service of seeing Specialists on my account to finaly be moved from temporary to permanent disability. The fact is, I have bilateral below knee amputations. I had a stroke in Septemper 2011, I was diagnosed with severe depression, and lastly diagnosed with Parkinsons disease. However Discovery group risk keep on requesting progress reviews and reports from Specialists, I have been living on temporary disability pension for more than 8 years, Discovery group risk discontinued my medical aid benefits. The latest progress review was done on 24 April 2019. I submitted the claim for refund, and still waiting for that refund. The progress report was submitted by the Specialist on the 13th of May and the 15th of May and today the 22 May. As I was told by the client service department that there is no indication on my Staff Profile of any receipt of progress report submission.
