Discovery - life policies

I am a loyal Discovery customer, I love my Vitality and my benefits so when I was asked if I would like to know about their life cover and income protection plans, I said yes. To be called by a friendly gentleman, who passed me on to another female advisor - who asked if I had life cover? I said yes, her rude response was why did they put me through to her if I have life cover? And then SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN - not even a goodbye! I support discovery and perhaps I need to be hired so I can work on their QA or sell their life policies.
