Discovery life playing games

Since 2021 November when the employer summitted a claim of income benefit Thembinkosi Mathebula from discovery every time i call i'm told that he says there is something missing and they never contacted me and when i ask what is it its pay slips the payslips were submitted by the company and i also submitted them then later they want pays slip for 2017 which i don't have then later they said the found them .then when i call again following up again they wan the same documents that i submitted and the sad thing is this so called Thembha Mathebula never tried to call me,and the claim is from 2021 November when the Neoro said that there is nothing can be done to heal me and then to prevent feather damages on my spine and some of the outages that are occurring they are stoping me from working .So this was in Oct 2021 Then the company app**** for this in Nov 2021 .
