Discovery Life PayBack benefit

So I'm due Cash back integrator payment which should have been paid on anniversary date of 01 October like in previous years, However this year i haven't received the payment. i receive the statement attached on email 3 times indicating that ill receive payment in october.

I have contacted discovery more than 5 times to ask about the payment. and i was told payment will be released mid october, before end of october , on last day of october, on 1 november today is the 3rd of November and im told matter is escalated. i was promised a manager will call me back on Friday but still no Communications

If you are failing to pay me Small money, will you be able to pay my beneficiary in the event of something happening???????? im disappointed in the overall service provided by Discovery. this is a pathetic service. very unprofessional.
