Discovery Life Payback

On the 1st of July I was supposed to get my Annual Guaranteed Payback from Discovery Life on my policy’s anniversary. The payback was never received. After several emails, phone calls and enquiries, I still have not received feedback other than “thank you for contacting us. We’ll get back to you”. I’m a single mother with 3 children to support, and despite lockdown and its financial difficulties, I have not missed a single payment and whole portfolio Is with Discovery. I find it shocking that they don’t communicate properly, come back with reasons or sort out the problem.
