Discovery Life Pathetic service

been trying to get myself a life cover with Discovery. I called discovery and spoke to Lebogang. She took my particulars and promised to come back to which she did not. I had make several calls trying to reach to her. I ended up asking for her supervisor who apologised and promised to get back to me. After that Lebogang get back to me. This all happened late November. Lebogang advised me to call them back begining of December as i wanted my cover to start January.

from the beging of December it has been so difficult to get this Lebogang lady. we have been sending emails she does not even bother to respond. Today i called Discovery and i asked for her manager and i was told the manager was in a meeting, The lady i spoke to took my name, cell numbers and promised that thr manager was gonma call me as soon as he comes out of the meeting. Well i guess he is still in the meeting hours and hours after i called.

I am shocked at the level of incompetence that is shown by these discovery guys. Never in my entire life have i chased after a company so much. Unbelievable.
