Discovery Life over charging

The only thing this company seems to be good at is debiting your account.

Cancelled a policy well within the allocated cancellation period, in fact it was well over 30 days worth of notice... only to get debited at the end of the contract for another month. I get an email informing me that I must fill out a refund form days before the debit has even been taken out of my account. Cool, I'll do your jobs for you.

So send out the refund forms and email to every possible discovery email address I can find as apparently they have issues processing anything that does not concern them getting money out of you. Lone behold.... Still waiting for the refund.. or even some feedback.
