Goodday,

I will be now 2years with your establishment this September with your life department. Each month i paid my premiums via eft. I do not believe in debit order. Each month i receive a sms 7days later that my premium is outstanding. When i queried it, it was adviced i skipped a premium sometime, and when i ask to send me which month to verify this, it's normally the previous month, which i don't understand. Please can someone share some light which month it was to verify it please.
