Discovery Life (Nkululeko’s bad manners)

Poor service from Nkululeko at Discovery Life. The guy has no manners and can’t speak to client. If this is the best representation Discovery life has, I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Train your stuff on how ti talk to people, this guy is less informed about what services and product Discovery Life has. Instead of referring me to a department that can help me, he tells me that I have an understanding of something they don’t have while my query is based on something under Discovery Life.

Poor service from this guy and he doesn’t know how to talk to people.
