Discovery life is Unprofessional

I signed up for life cover with discovery and it’s been an awful experience. My premium was supposed to start January I was double debited and told I owe two premiums how o don’t even know considering I just signed up.

They told me o was in arrears with R1400 which doesn’t make sense to me considering my premium is R748. They told me all together with my feb premium I’d owe a total of R1000 which they debited as I changed my debit dates. This morning they debited R758 x 2 I’m really upset with this meaning I’ve paid a total of R2500 for a 748 premium.

Why am I being double debited this is ***** and I’d like to be reimbursed and rather cancel my premium. I’ve had 3 emails all saying different things and different premiums and even when they tell you certain changes are done they’re not this is nonsense .
