Discovery Life Is Preventing Me From Joining Vitality

Discovery life has been giving me a run around for TWO WEEKS!! All i want is to add my wife as a dependent on my existing life policy so i can take up vitality family plan. Al the agents i spoke to told me there's an error on my profile which is preventing them from adding my wife on my policy and according to the last agent i spoke to, she told me im the only dicovery life policy holder who is affected by this "error". I was told this would be escalated to IT and that it will take 3 business days, its been over 10 business days now and none of the agents have contacted me though they promised to call me back.

A run around just to add a dependent on a policy and join vitality?? This is absolutely dissapointing. If discovery is failing to do such a simple thing, whats going to happen when my beneficiary put a claim on this policy. This bad customer service is worse than govement officials. My other issue is that discovery added a financial advisor on my policy called Craig Naidoo, i can never get hold of this Craig person, he does not reapond to my emails either, i would like to remove him as a FA on my policy, he has never contacted me ever since i took the policy, what kind of FA is this that does not service their client but they get commision everytime i pay my premium, pathetic!!
