Discovery life is pathetic ,poor service most of all they never pay claims

I have joined discovery life since 2008 my option allowed parental claim if diagnosed with cancer ,my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer when I claimed they told me they approved 100% payout which was supposed to be R 200 000 as per the policy stipulation to my surprise they paid only R 14000 . I was told that I will not receive payback because of my mother claim but will qualify with the next payback . I have been diagnosed with brain tumor and have been on chronic medication I then submit an application for sever illness claim and was declined on the basis of I must be severely sick that I must be about to die before they pay my claim and the tumor must have grown so big the I must be malfunctioning and after that I received another email indication that they will not pay my payback because I have claimed from medical aid obviously I have a chronic condition I have to claim and now I am being penalized for it

discovery life is the most pathetic insurance ever ..I will never recommend for anyone to join and I concern if something happen to me they will pay beneficiary They are quick at collecting your money but when they have to pay claims they always decline at whatever grounds

I want my sever illness money to be paid and payback to be paid and outstanding balance for my mother claim

you rob people and sell them products that when is time for you to honor your side you always have a story
