Discovery Life is not human

Very sad services. They are quick to take advantage of your money but not not human at all. For months we have asked them to place a policy on hold as the policy holder is unemployed. The answer is no. The policy will be canceled..... We are breaking our backs to keep the policy going because 15 years of contributions would be lost. Now I made a payment on my son's account. Friday. I received an SMS on Monday telling me that the policy was canceled?! I call, spend 20 minutes, they take all my details... Only to say that they cannot give out any information! The sms came to my phone! I am obviously registered with them and my son is overseas... Totally inhumain.
