Discovery Life is *********

By far the worse ********* company , they never answer calls or if they do its cut off and then u get repeat emails with we investigating for 2 months , had a one month notice of cancellation, was advised I had 6month window period to reinstate, submitted everything requested within 3 weeks , continued eft premiums for 3 months plus the outstanding as per their written request while they kept delaying the process only to be told its been declined nearly 3 months later. I requested my premiums back and its like no one is capable of reading . How does Discovery think its ethical to ask someone to pay several premium when their own documents prove I was not covered for those months. I addressed this matter and todate have heard nothing back. Makes you wonder what happens at claim stage when a policy holder is not longer around . Think twice about living your family future at the hands of Discovery Life. @Discoverylife staff if you go to a shop will you give the shop owner money without getting a purchase done ?
