Discovery Life insures my life against my consent or will

Discovery life continues to insure my life against my consent and that cannot be acceptable! I am in a process of divorce and the policy owner is my spouse who refuses to remove my cover despite my requests. Discovery Life also refuses citing policies that only the policy owner can cancel.
