Discovery life insurance dispute and no results

They claimed I can consent for a life cover policy in the first week of December. I have almost 10 e-mails going back and forward regarding providing me the voice recording to acknowledge that I have gave consent to life cover policy. Up until today they have not provided me the recording that I have request. No one is able to assist my plain and simple request!!
