Discovery Life Insurance

I very much disappointed in Discovery life insurance department when it comes to Handling serious matters,I contributed for the period of 2 years and last year november 31 2024 i lost my Job and i notified Discovery that i will not be able to move forward in Paying the Lifeinsurance i then requested that i receive my 2 Year premiums contributions to be Refunded Back to my Account. Till today i never had from them the consultant spoke to me once then Dissapeared.I even took the matter to the OMBUDSMAN who is still waiting for Discovery life insurance to respond again as i disputed the last email that was sent By Aphiwe Mdakane from legal departement. I stated very clear that i need my Refund contributions for the past 2 Years.which i never received it is almost more than 6 months the matter is still not Finalised.
