Discovery Life - ***********

I am going through a really difficult financal situation, my debit orders boucned in October, I made a plan for my debit orders to go off this month. Discovery Life debited my account twice (12.11.2019 and 14.11.2019), now my vehicle insurance, through Discovery will be bouncing again, this time because of Discovery Life, although I will be liable for this error.

This means I will need to make a plan for the shortfall as I get charged for bounced debit orders. This is really *********. To top it off I need to complete a request for refund form, it will take 3 days for that money to reflect in my account. I called Discovery Insure to inform them and all they could say is call tomorrow and we can see from there.
