Discovery Life has inexperienced and not trained Policy Advisor.

I'm so disappointed 😞 at Discovery Life. Such a big company you'd think that the have the best. Their policy advisors are not well trained and are inexperienced. They are careless about their clients. This is Life Insurance policy. Something that you pay for years and cannot afford not to have.

They sold me their great cover. Very good salesman convincing that all wll go through smooth transition. I've brought the policy. I was told that their policy advisor will take over.

Their Policy advisor called and did all. Promised to cancel my policy with the other broker. I've sent an email on the 10th. But the policy was not canceled. I was debited twice. I wrote an email to complain, she didn't care. They were happy to cancel my policy with them. Without good alternatives. I'm so passed off. They wasted my time. They think that this is Medical Aid something that you can cancel it and be activated easily.
