Discovery life - Funeral plan - *****!!!

Dear someone, please help with what is going on. I only recently noticed that my discovery life premium (funeral cover) has been taken off twice, every month, since I took it out. When finding this out, I naturally phoned the Discovery Life department which put me through to the funeral department which is apparently outsourced with company Pakama or something. I spoke to a lady there, who told me that I have two policies taken out??? Its ridiculous to think that I would have done something like this...why take out the same policy twice???? I distinctly remember taking out one, of R60.52 because its all I can afford. Why take out two! Obviously I did not approve a duplicate. Upon hearing this from the lady, I told her that this is a mistake, however, she could not help me and told me to phone my broker (who I did not even know about) by the name of Matsela. This Matsela lady answered and I calmly told her my story and around two minutes in , she put the phone down in my ear. I tried to phone back, but she blocked me. How can you be an apparent professional broker and do something like that? I then once again phoned the funeral department but once again they referred me to a broker number, this time a land line nr....they could not even tell me the name of this broker????? How can you work with a broker firm and not know their name? Regardless, I phoned this number, however, no one has been picking up when phoning???? This leads me to believe that something is seriously wrong. Has some person been *****ulently taking my money double for the last year or so? This is *****!!! And to make things worse, it took me hours and hundreds of rands in airtime just to even get this email address for someone to investigate my concerns. This is really bad!!!
