DO NOT Waste your money. Discover Life is uncompromising, inflexible and rigid! I have been with Discovery Life Insurance for 10 years and recently received an increase notification of 20% which I cannot afford. For the duration of 10 days I was waiting to get an answer from Discovery Life as I had informed them that I could not afford such a hike in premiums. Conveniently the decision was taken 24 hours prior to the new debit order was to go through my bank account AND after 26 fruitless minutes on the phone with an agent from Discover Life only to be told that I cannot make any changes to the premium until the 1st of February! Very convenient for Discovery and not for me that I have been paying continuously for 10 years!
