Discovery Life does not pay your payback on time

At this stage of the game I HATE Discovery. I pay on average R5000 over to Discovery a month for my Medical Aid, Vitality, Life, Investments and I've just had terrible service to date :'( I've logged two calls and an email and have had no luck with my payback. I need the money (unlike Discovery)... I've been looking forward to this payback and now it seems like I'll have to fight for even this. <br> When it's time for my debit order to go off, Discovery is first in line, even lets you know when banking is on a non-banking day and they'll collect the next day, but when it comes to pay-outs, hmmm, they hold on to your money for as long as they can. There is NEVER a manager present to complain to (wonder where they all are, ALL THE TIME)<br> Thanks Discovery for making my day even bleaker than it is. I HATE YOU
