DISCOVERY LIFE - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!
I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS BEEN SO DIGUSTED BY DISCOVERY LIFE!! I have phoned Discovery Life to take out a buy a new product from them for a family member. I asked for a brochure to understand what the policy covers and what it does not cover. After being passed for 34 minutes, and giving the man my email 8 times, which he could not get right, he put the phone down on me. Discovery, I want the name on this gentleman. The lady that took 12 minutes & could not understand the concept of me wanting a policy brochure for a potential client is Palesa Mogale. Discovery you can email me, as you have my contact details as a client. But do not waste my time calling me.
In 34 minutes I could not get a Discovery Life policy brochure. Useless!
Each Discovery Life policy is unique to the individual who applies for cover. A financial adviser, accredited by Discovery, will need to contact you to provide you with accurate information about the different Discovery Life policies and, if you wish, give you a quote. We therefore cannot provide you with a brochure that fully details the different aspects of our product.
We have therefore escalated your request to our Sales department so that an accredited consultant can contact you to assist.
