Discovery Life (Decreasing of Premiums) Failed

8/1/2023 We requested that Discovery Life assist us with lowering our premiums. We received documents from them to fill in and send back, did the whole train run, only to notice that it hasn't been done. Premium now behind due to this not done in time, and or done on the effective date as requested.
