Discovery Life Cover Phone Etiquette / Disrespect to Clients.

I received a phone call from Siya, a representative calling on behalf of Discovery Life Cover, I explained to him I am not interested in having this discussion with him, becasuse I have a broker that deals with my requestes etc. He then rudely kept interrupting me when I continued trying to explain to him, I am not interested in his services, naturally I got a bit loader to try and tell him to give me a chance to finish my sentence where he kept telling me I don't need to get load so early in the morning and then he dropped the call in my ear.

Very disgusted with the utter disrespect to my wishes of not wanting to discuss or continue the call with him and then being disrespected by having the phone call dropped in my ear.

Discover Life Cover should not be using these third parties to make calls for them, because they do not respect the wishes from clients / possible clients.

I am a Discovery Health client and I am sure that Discovery does not want to have this type of image painted across there brand.
