Discovery Life Claims delaying payment

I am so fustrated with Discovery Life everytime i call i must deal with a different person and they dont know whats happening with the claim and the required documents are submitted but cant give you the reason for non payment and non communication . They put you on hold until the call cuts. When you ask for the matter to be escalated they tell you they will escalate it with the same person who has not done what they are supposed to. I will surely send Ombudsman an email.
