Discovery Life Cession Saga

7 Days ago I sent a cession form to discovery to cede my co-applicants wifes life policy to our bond, they received the cession document because after that they told me the policy number is missing 1 digit. I then email then the full policy schedule with all the policy details. 7 days later they email me telling me they did not received the cession document.

The references of the email I sent to them is WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***# and on these tickets you find the cession document attached so this story of I did not send it is incorrect. I would like discovery to have my issue resolved today because I am not having this. 7 days ??????
