discovery life admin is terrible

So discovery life told me to pay my May premium in advance because it was to late to change the debit order, I did that and then they managed to change the debit order and take the money again - it is not right , we are all battling for money at the moment and for them to do this is disgraceful- I don't know how they are allowed to do this
