Discovery Life acting without instruction and taking funds

I cancelled my Discovery Vitality in October 2022, I received a cancellation letter direct from Discovery. January 2023, Discovery on their own adds Vitality to my life cover, back dates it to December 2022 and deducts a debit for this even, when I see this, I get my advisor to cancel, provide the letter of cancellation from October 2022 and request refund as Discovery had no authorization to do so. Discovery is now saying, when and if they respond timely, we removed the Vitality in February 2023 and no refund is due. I do not appreciate this game Discovery is playing and I want my money back immediately.
