I requested for servicing for my policy for annual vitality integrator and bank integrator, I signed and sent the quote on Friday 2 February 2024 and I was told it will take 24 to 48 hours but I have been following up as I was getting any communication from them and I have escalation numbers for underwriting to approve but they are taking longer than 48 hours to send me a policy schedule same as they did when I added my vitality
