I had an policy started after given clear instructions I would not take policy. Agents NMG brokers still allowed it to be activated, money has been debited and now I have had to jump through hoops to get policy canceled and refund me my money. 10 days and no replies from NMG and still the contract has not been canceled and no refund. This has not been a great first impression not very reassuring as to how claims will be handled.
