Discovery is *************!

Apart from the fact that I have life Insurance with Discovery for more than 10 years, and never received 1c back from the promised 'up to 60% of your premiums back' promise! When I query this, they told me that the policy has been updated, and the payback falls away! Now, when a Discovery representative advise you to update, shouldn't he advise the client that Discovery's promise is also updated and that you will get nothing back? Secondly, I have cancelled my Discovery Vitality in 2016 upon which Discovery confirmed cancellation with an email! But instead of cancelling the debit order, it was transferred to my life Insurance, but still debit the money, even though I was under the impression that it is cancelled. No more than two years later I request my money back, and it is a forward and backward mailing! I keep on hearing "we will get back to you" another unfulfilled promise! After calling Discovery numerous times, they promised to fix the debit order and sort out the problem, but instead, I was debited with a double premium this month again! Discovery is *************, and don't keep their promises! Please consider your connection with them!
