Discovery Is Messing up with My Family!!

We have received no response from Discovery since our last complaint, obviously Discovery Life doesn't care, just as you have also discovered what we have been going through with no response to queries or acknowledgement of emails. I am even considering transferring back my policies to an insurer l used before my late sister convinced me to move to Discovery. I don't wish for my family to go through all we have gone through after losing my sister in a tragic accident, to a company that does not own up!! We will knock on all doors.
