<div>I became quite ill in July2020. After numerous trips to government hospitals and private doctors and specialist , including an MRI scan which showed and the specialist confirmed that I have severe osteoporosis, spinal stenosis as well. I am in constant and severe/ chronic pain. I do not have transport and have to walk 250m and can raise a leg.occasionally to the shops in severe pain. Discovery declined my claim siting that because I can walk which was a guesstimate on my part . Consideration has not been taken into account of the severity of the pain , the stress of not been able to sleep, and severe emotional trauma it is putting me through. I would really advise people taking a critical illness/ disability/ life cover to relook which company they choose. Also I have spent of my own money on doctors and specialist as I do not have a medical aid. I have taken this policy yrs before my condition and is saddened by the Outcome . I hope the the CEO, Adrian Gore is aware ok the angst their clients are going through after submission of docs by specialist and and MRI scan and a letter from docs to say that my condition is permanent</div>
