Discovery health is a ****!!

I have been paying my premiums for the past 2 years and only skipped 1 month due to bank errors for not being able to switch my debit to the new account and discovery life refused to re-instate my policy even after I have sent them an email explaining what had happened and also asked them to make a double debit but they refused and said I must re-apply and now my mom has passed on this month and could not even claim after I have been paying them for the past 2 years without ut missing any payment.
