Discovery has no truth

When my mother was taking a life insurance they advised me that the life insurance also pays the certain amount if my mother was to be diagnosed with a serve illness, life changing.

My mother was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis last week at the hospital the arthritis has eaten her hip joints and spinal cord she hardly can’t walk, bend, life weighty things etc and I called the financial advisor on saturday and she confirmed that in the life changing events like serve illness my mother can claim all discovery needs is the doctors reports and all the medical tests and X-rays.

Today I called in to official claim because the doctor advised he has already sent all the X-rays and reports to the medical aid the lady who was assisting me tells me my mother can not claim.
