Discovery has no respect for their customers

I'm tired of discovery really, they are always deducting huge amounts of money from my bank. I get charged for reversing the transactions, its been three months now.

All this started when I enquired about vitality, I made it clear on the call with the sales agent that this is just a call for a quotation and I'm not taking it yet. Then they decide to deduct my account, I call and dispute that, but every month they deduct more than they should. How long does it take for discovery to listen to a call? The call didn't even take 30mins for heavens sake.
