Discovery has bad online system

There online system is absolutely pathetic and although I complained since Aug they are doing nothing about it.

1. They force you to do a debit order. You cant pay via EFT 2. When trying to add a new card - They do a R1 transaction - how old is this technology? 3. You cannot add a new card - system just not taking it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4. You cannot change your address - system is not saving it

They totally reluctant to improve their system
